the hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast (especially the gluten-free options!). the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
the shower in the small double room was quite small, made showering a bit less enjoyable.

the staff members were attentive to my needs. they offered helpful advice about local attractions and transportation. i found their service to be efficient and friendly.

the breakfast included locally sourced produce. the attached forest restaurant provided excellent dinner options, and i dined there twice. the steak i had was cooked to perfection (it was seasoned just right).

the room had very nice furniture and a comfortable bed. i had a pleasant view of the minster from my room. the bathroom included a roll-top bath and shower in a former strong room.

the hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to everything. it is within short walking distance of the shambles and minster. the q-park car park is just a few minutes walk away.

the location was central to everything. the room included yorkshire tea bags. breakfast offered lots of choices and the food was fantastic.
the room was hot. there was no air conditioning in the room. the street noise made it difficult to sleep with the window open.
